Delivery Policies & Procedures

We offer seamless and stress-free deliveries on our own trucks to the below zones. When a commercial location such as a showroom or third-party shipper is requested, the delivery will be tailgate. For job-site deliveries, we offer white-glove service and will unload the cabinetry and within zone. Please ensure that all delivery areas are accessible with our equipment and that all cabinets will be deliverable inside such as pantries or range hoods.

Orders unable to ship for two weeks or more beyond the confirmed shipping week will incur a storage charge of $50 per day starting on the first day of the third week.

When a delivery can’t be made due to customer fault, the order will be returned and re-scheduled for delivery. In these cases, a second delivery charge will apply. Multiple deliveries for additional items needed for the same order will incur an automatic charge of $200.00.

Delivery Zones
  • Zone 1 – 0-55 Miles $15 per cabinet or $150 minimum delivery fee
  • Zone 2 – 56-100 Miles $15 per cabinet or $200 minimum delivery fee
  • Zone 3 – 101-150 Miles $15 per cabinet or $250 minimum delivery fee
  • Zone 4 – 151-200 Miles $15 per cabinet or $300 minimum delivery fee
  • Zone 5 – 201-250 Miles $15 per cabinet or $350 minimum delivery fee
  • Zone 6 – 250+ Miles Custom Quote
Delivery Process
  • One week prior to the projected ship week on your order confirmation, scheduling will call the number on record to coordinate a delivery timeframe and window. In the event your order is being handled by a third party shipper, we will let you know when it is scheduled to arrive at their facility.
  • On the day of delivery, the driver will call 30 minutes prior to estimated arrival.
  • When your order arrives, please make note of any visible damage or missing materials. Please photograph any damaged materials at the time of delivery.
Damage and Missing Products
  • Our policy requires the customer to check the packing list for accuracy at the time of delivery. Cabinet Harbor does not take responsibility for any missing materials unless notified at the time of delivery. Once the order has been delivered and signed for, the order and goods become the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event of concealed damages, please photograph and submit proof to your sales representative immediately. Cabinet Harbor will not accept damage claims after 7 days from the date of delivery. No damage claims will be accepted for product that has been installed.
